My name is Clay C. Cross.  For over 25 years I have fulfilled many roles including audio-visual communications manager, executive producer, writer, film director, editor, videographer, and multimedia journalist of commercial/broadcast, corporate training, and social media.

I recently have been maintaining a position as social media manager building and maintaining 7 social media platforms posting daily videos, graphics, and podcasts. 

Prior to that I have been managing projects for various corporations with their marketing efforts while fulfilling duties of writing, executive producing, editing, shooting, and managing programs, promos, and sizzle reels. 

Before that I was writing, producing, editing, shooting, and reporting on-camera social media news segments, promos, and programs for Know the Cause, a nationally and internationally syndicated, broadcast, health, and nutrition program. 

Before those opportunities, I was writing, producing, directing, editing, reporting, and shooting at J.C. Penney Television's internal a/v communications in Plano, TX as well as owning and operated my own successful production company, ClayMation Video Production, Inc in Colleyville/Hurst, TX. 

Plus, I have over a quarter of a century of audio-visual communications management, executive producing television & training programs; overseeing, managing, and delivering large-scale broadcast programs under the account budget; following projects through to completion in a timely manner, and hiring and maintaining staff members on programs.

Over the years I have executive produced, directed, edited, and managed hundreds of a/v productions including television programs and live events as well as developed new and creative ideas to implement new business revenue and technologies.
