We are a unique company that believes everyone deserves to have their story brought to the screen in a cinematic way that ensures they will always be remembered.
I founded STORYSMART® to help clients own their own story shared like a Hollywood movie.
My personal story informs our work. I lost my dad as a young boy and have always been haunted by that feeling of not knowing him.
Growing up without a dad, I would seek out loved ones who could tell me stories about him.
Stories are meaningful and powerful. Storytelling can be deeply personal or it can translate to the professional world.
In the context of my professional career, I've been involved in storytelling from day one. I majored in journalism and political science in college. I've been telling stories in print, on the radio, on TV and on screens of all sizes for most of my life.
Before founding STORYSMART®, I helped the St. Louis Cardinals build an MLB leading Communications Department rooted in storytelling (ex. Cardinals Insider with Ozzie Smith).
At the Cardinals, we invested heavily in telling our own story. Along the way, we became industry leaders, with Forbes ranking the St. Louis Cardinals 3rd in social reach in MLB despite being in a small market (23rd out of 30 MLB markets).
