Patti Jette Biography

Patti Jette

Digital Storyteller/Multimedia Journalist

Kaneohe, Hawai'i

Patti is a reporter, videographer, and editor with over 20 years of experience telling stories through video.

Originally based in Washington, DC, her assignments took her to the Oval Office, the largest Syrian refugee camp in the world, the Vatican, the United Nations, several hurricanes, and countless demonstrations.

The unifying thread through it all is her ability to get to the heart of the story, talk to people, and truly represent their point of view.

In moving to Hawai’i, Patti fulfilled a lifelong dream. She embraces the culture, values, and natural beauty of her aina. When she’s not behind a camera, you may find her scuba diving with Hawai’i’s many endemic fish; hiking along a knife-edge ridge; or giving tours that highlight Hawai’i’s rich history.

Patti graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Communication. She is also an FAA-certified drone pilot.
