This Award winning video producer/storyteller utilizes her gift of communication coupled with professional preparation, to produce heirloom videos, mini-documentaries, and legacy-building visual assets.


Terasha has stellar broadcast journalism credits which include the titles of anchor, producer, reporter & editor; these skills provided the pathway to many creative projects currently underway. Her skill level spans industries such as commercial television news, education, corporate/industrial video production, and government television operations with clients such as the United States Army, and the National Aeronautics & Space Administration (NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL).


She has shared the United Negro College Fund stage with Broadcast Journalist Ed Bradley, Actor Clifton Davis, Singer Peabo Bryson and Pittsburgh Steeler John Stallworth.


Terasha has interviewed Oprah Winfrey (briefly), Vernon Winfrey (Oprah's Father), NBA player Dominique Wilkins, and Georgia Politician & Civil Rights Activist Julian Bond, to name a few.


As founder of Return Fire Coaching, Consulting, & Media LLC, she is a "change agent" who guides clients through the process of transformation. This facet of her work unites her passion for communication, service, and solutions.


Coach Terasha, uses her passion for sharing information, to develop creative scenarios, which ultimately guides clients to the change they seek. In her words, "Coaching brings together many of my passions regarding humanity, and provides a platform for me to express them, while helping others."
